1. Here’s my first go at Mike Mignola’s ‘HellBoy’. Didn’t spend to long on it and there’s a few flaws that i’m not happy about but thought I’d show it anyway. Would like to get the ‘Oversized’ feel to the character with the huge upper body and small limbs. Also try a different style - maybe simpler in appearance. Expect to see more of the big man on here in the future!

  2. Here’s a work in progress portrait of IT Crowd’s Richard Ayoade - Funny guy and good director as is turns out! Don’t know if to colour it in fully or keep it minimal i.e. lines with main colour on hair, tie trousers etc etc. Quite liking the hair with a bit of texture. SEE THE FINISHED VERSION HERE
