1. Here’s the Richard Ayoade illustration I’ve been working on. Not sure if i’ve finished with it yet. Might strip it right back again and try take it in a different direction. I’ve used a motherboard image for the tie (halftone) that also lends itself to parts of the hair. I wanted to keep it simple and not too complicated and I quite like the rough white edges around the shirt - painting over the lines. Let me know what you think. Don’t know if to colour it in fully or keep it minimal i.e. lines with main colour on hair, tie trousers etc etc. Quite liking the hair with a bit of texture. SEE THE FINISHED VERSION HERE
